Horkman, Loretta M. Loretta M. Horkman, 81, Town of Humboldt, went peacefully home to Heaven on Wednesday, October 31, 2007, surrounded with her family's love and care. She was born on June 4, 1926, to the late Clarence and Florence (Vanden Plas) Enderby. Loretta married Elmer F. Horkman on June 6, 1946. Together they raised nine children on their family farm. Besides her full-time job of raising her family and helping Elmer on the farm, Loretta also over the years worked at Kraft Cheese, and was a waitress at Holy Martyrs Church, Redwood Inn, and Cliff & Ceils. She volunteered much of her time, receiving volunteer awards from St. Mary's Roller Rink for her many years of dedicated service; and also for her 15 years of service with the Brown County Mental Health Center. Loretta enjoyed spending time with her family giving and receiving abundant love. She also enjoyed roller-skating, swimming, quilting, playing cards and watching Wheel of Fortune. Survivors include two daughters, Barbara (Eric Brown) Horkman, Dundee, IL; Patti (Steve) Gregorich, New Franken; seven sons: Wayne, Athelstane; Steve (Gail), Casco; Daniel (Theresa LeBreck); David (Jean); Mike (Debbie); Frank (Lori); Joseph, all of Green Bay; 26 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; one brother, James (Nancy) Enderby, New Franken; four sisters, Betty Amenson, Green Bay; Pat Mueller, Howard; Carol (Don) Marini, Tucson, Arizona; and Judy (Stewart) Greiling, Gillett. Loretta was preceded in death by two sisters, Joyce Lasee and Marilyn Boehm and one brother, Donald Enderby. Friends may call at Proko-Wall Funeral Home, 1630 E. Mason St., on Sunday from 3 to 8 p.m. Parish Wake Service 7:30 p.m. Visitation will continue on Monday at Prince of Peace Church (Holy Martyrs Site) from 10 to 11 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial 11 a.m. at the church with Rev.
