      "EDMUND A. SCHUMACHER
      806 N. State St., Appleton
      Age 82, died at 8:30 a.m. Sunday unexpectedly. He was born Oct. 1, 1893 in Darboy, Wisconsin. He had lived in Appleton most of his life and was formerly employed at the Tuttle Press Company for many years, retiring seventeen years ago. He was a member of the Quarter Century Club of Tuttle Press, a member of St. Therese Catholic Church, a veteran of World War I, serving in France, a member of the American Legion and the F.V.W. He is survived by his wife Rose Bartman Schumacher, and nieces and nephews. The funeral will be at 10 o'clock Wednesday morning at St. Therese Catholic Church. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call at the Brettschneider-Trettin Funeral Home from 3 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday from 8 to 9:30 a.m. when the cortege will leave for the church. A Legion visitation will be Tuesday evening at 7 o'clock at the funeral home. A prayer service will be held at 8 o'clock Tuesday evening. A memorial has been established. Military services will be held at the grave."
