      Age 75, passed away Tuesday evening at St. Elizabeth Hospital. He was born August 2, 1911 in Little Chute. He retired as Fire Chief from Kimberly Clark, Kimberly, in 1970 after 47 years of service. He was a member of Holy Name Catholic Church and the Quarter Century Club of Kimberly Clark.

      Survivors include a daughter and son in-law, Mary-Margaret and Randal Moreau, Neenah; a son and daughter in-law, John A. and Maureen Van Dinter, Waunakee; a sister, Josephine Van Zeeland, Kimberly; a sister in-law, Bess Van Dinter, Appleton; three grandchildren; Shan-Marie Herbst, Neenah; Jason and Wendy Van Dinter, Waunakee; three step grandchildren; clayton, David and Tacia Mellander, Waunakee; a great grandchild, Joshua Van Dinter, Waunakee.

      He was preceded in death by his wife, Georgina Mary Van Dinter in 1985 and a sister, Anne [Mrs Frank] DeBruin.

      The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Holy Name Catholic Church with the Rev. Ron Lhotte officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. There will be no visitation at the Jansen-Fargo Funeral Home, Kimberly.
