- Joseph J. Raymaker 1501 Miami Circle Little Chute Age 69, died Saturday, October 21, 2000, at his home following a courageous one-year battle with cancer. He was born October 11, 1931, in the Town of Buchanan, son of Adrian and Minnie (DeGroot) Raymaker. Joseph married Gertrude Hartzheim, September 4, 1952, in Darboy. He was employed at the Kimberly Mill for 43 years prior to his retirement in 1993. He was a member of Saint John's Catholic Church, Little Chute.
Joseph enjoyed spending his summers at their cottage on Graham Lake in Iola. He enjoyed cooking over the campfire, swimming and polka music. Joseph is survived by his wife, Gertrude one daughter, Rita Raymaker, Appleton three sons, Richard (Debbie), Stanley, Kansas Randal (Cheryl), Wheatland, California Robert (Debbie), Kaukauna five grandchildren, Heather, Chris, Jason, Katherine and Jennifer Raymaker three brothers, Albert (Emaline) and John (Doris), both of Combined Locks William, Neenah six sisters, Martha Lietermann and Frances Dambruch, both of Kimberly Ann Helms, Englewood, Florida Nellie (Gilbert) Foster, Appleton Janet Schuh, Kaukauna Mary Klatt, Beaver Dam. Mr.
Raymaker was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and one granddaughter.
Funeral services will be held at 5 p.m. Wednesday, October 25, 2000, at Saint John's Church with the Rev. Msgr. James Vanden Hogen officiating. Interment will be in Holy Name Cemetery, Kimberly. Friends may call at the church from 3 p.m. Wednesday until the time of the mass. The family wishes to extend a special thank-you to Hospice for all the wonderful care.
