    • Wayne Francis Ver Haagh, 70, Sun City, Ariz. (formerly of De Pere) passed away Oct. 6, 2011, in Peoria, Ariz. Wayne was born in Green Bay, to Francis and Katherine (Kolb) Ver Haagh and attended St. Phillips Catholic School and Preble High School. He served his country in the US Navy. he was a Dairy Farmer until moving and owning Big Wheel Donut on Kauai, Hawaii, then retiring to Sun City in 2005. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Barbara (Hibbard) Ver Haagh; mother Katherine Ver Haagh of Green Bay; daughters Lisa Ver Haagh of Green Bay, Kim (Bart) Drage of De Pere and Wendy (Britt) Woodring of Portland, Oreg.; brothers James Ver Haagh, De Pere and Daniel (Mary) Ver Haagh, Green Bay; sister Jean (Ralph) Weaver of Green Bay and four grandchildren. Preceeding him in death are his father Francis, brother Kenneth and sister-in-law Margaret Ver Haagh. A memorial Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 14, 2011, at St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church, 9728 W. Palmeras Dr., Sun City, Ariz.
