  July 24, 2006 Keller, Josephine "Jody" Josephine "Jody" Keller, 96, Juneau, Wis., formerly of Appleton and Watertown, Wis. and Chicago, Ill., died on Saturday, July 22, 2006, at Clearview Nursing Home in Juneau, Wis. Josephine was born Justinia Catherine Brooks in the village of Little Chute, Wis., on Oct. 9, 1909, the daughter of John and Mary (Joosten) Brooks. She went by the name of Josephine most of her life, but her siblings called her "Tina." She met her first husband when they were both employed at Zwicker Knitting Mills of Appleton, Wis. She married Herbert John Brandt on Nov. 2, 1935, at Appleton. Two sons were born before they were divorced on Nov. 22, 1949, and Herb later passed away on Aug. 9, 1985. Josephine next married George Van Eyck on Oct. 20, 1951. They enjoyed going on many trips together and celebrated their 25th anniversary on Oct. 20, 1976. George passed away on Jan. 10, 1984. Josephine next married Robert Keller on Feb. 14, 1990, at which time she took the name of "Jody." Bob passed away on June 6, 2002. "Jody" liked going for walks, and she especially enjoyed dancing up to the age of 92. She is survived by her two sons, Gerald (Joanne) Brandt, Watertown, Wis.; and Kenneth (Bonnie) Brandt, Spooner, Wis.; five grandchildren, Susan (Tim) Mueller, Watertown, Wis.; Sandra (David) Seelow, Marshfield, Wis.; Keith (Karen) Brandt, Sturtevant, Wis.; Wayne (Valerie) Brandt, Marion, Iowa; Brian (Carrie) Brandt, Pahrump, Nev.; three step-grandchildren, Jane Chung, Oshkosh, Wis.; Mark (Wendi) Roell, McDonough, Ga.; and Mary (David) Borth, Watertown, Wis.; 17 great-grandchildren; ten step-great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and brother, Harold Brooks, Appleton. She was preceded in death by her parents; and four sisters; May (Erwin) Schmidt, Wilma (Joseph) Cooper, Harriet (Archie) Miers, and Grace Brooks; granddaughter, Vicki Brandt; and great-granddaughter, Madison Brandt.
