Tepolt was arrested by Sheriff Calvin Spice this morning after it was learned through an investigation that Tepolt bought a case of beer for the four Kaukauna youths involved in the double fatal accident. Tepolt said the beer was purchased about 8:50 p.m. with money given to him by the youths.
The case of beer was thrown from the car seconds after Patrolman Robert Keating began chasing the vehicle on Hass Road near Kaukauna.
County Judge Gustave Keller continued the matter until Monday and Tepolt is being held in the county jail without bond.
