      MRS. PETER ASHAUER
      Mrs. Peter Ashauer, 75, 412 W. Eighth street, Kaukauna, died at 11:30 yesterday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John Berghuis, route 3, Kaukauna, after a 4-week illness.

      Born in Germany Aug. 22, 1862, she came to the United States with her parents when she was six years old, settling in the town of Harrison. She lived in Kaukauna the last 12 years. She was a member of the Altar society of St. Mary's church, Kaukauna.

      Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Berghuis, Mrs. Mike Loderbauer; two sons, Fred and Albert, all of route 3, Kaukauna; two brothers, Peter Wolf, Appleton, and John Wolf, route 3, Kaukauna; four sisters, Mrs. John Lappen, route 3, Kaukauna; Mrs. Frank Andrews, Geneva, Ill.; Mrs. Dora Williamson, Seattle; Mrs. Mary Wildenberg, Little Chute; 14 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

      The funeral will be held at 8:30 Saturday morning at the Berghuis home, with services at 9 o'clock at St. Mary church, Kaukauna. The Rev. A. Roder will be in charge. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Prayers will be conducted at the Berghuis home at 8 o'clock tonight and Friday night.
