      Mrs. Charles Bloch
      Formerly of Kaukuana
      Age 87, passed away in Oregon City, Oregon on Friday after a 2 week illness. She was born November 23, 1876 in Austria and came to the United States with her parents at the age of 9. She was a resident of Kaukauna for 54 years prior to moving to Oregon 17 years ago. She was a charter member of the Christian Mothers Society, of Holy Cross Catholic Church. Mrs. Bloch is survived by two daughters, Sister Mary Charles, Milwaukee; Mrs. Al (Julia) Streator, Appleton; seven sons, Aloys, and John, Kaukauna; Charles, Oregon City, Ore.; George and Joe, Seattle, Wash.; Frank, Sacramento, Calif.; Ed., Kimberly, 25 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren. A Solemn High Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Holy Cross Catholic Church. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at the Fargo Funeral Home, Kaukauna, after 2 p.m. Monday. Prayers from the Office for the Dead will be prayed at 8 p.m. Monday.
