      Sister Priscilla Sol

      Age 81, passed away at St. Mary Medical Center on Wednesday, March 7, 1990. She was born in Little Chute on January 23, 1909. Sister Priscilla was a homemaker and Food Service Director for 57 years. In Racine she served at St. Mary's Parish, St. Edward's, St. Catherine's Convent and Dominican College. For 11 years Sister was at St. Benedict's School in Milwaukee. Other places that claimed her services were Madison, Little Chute and Green Bay, where she spent 22 years until she retired in 1986. Sister was also the Food Service Director for the Dominican Fathers at St. Pius Priory, Chicago. In 1988 Sister Priscilla celebrated her 60th anniversary as a Racine Dominican.

      Survivors include three sisters; Sister Mary Ida Sol, Sister M. Ardina Sol, both of Racine, and Mrs. Lorraine Rolf, Appleton; two sisters in-law, Mrs. Minnie Sol, and Mrs. Angeline Sol; nieces and nephews.

      Funeral services will be held at the Siena Center Chapel on Saturday, March 10. 1990 at 2 p.m. with Father Matt Walsh O.P. officiating. Interment will be at Our Lady of the Oaks Cemetery, Pewaukee. Relatives and friends may meet at the Siena Chapel from 1 p.m. until the time for the Liturgy on Saturday, March 10. Memorial in her memory have been suggested for the Racine Dominican Ministry Fund.
