- Erdmann, Mildred "Millie"
Mildred D. Erdmann, 94, longtime resident of the city of De Pere, died peacefully, January 14, 2016.
She was born February 21, 1921 to Bernice and William Verhagen. On July 22, 1947, Mildred married Melvin Erdmann at Congregational Church in De Pere.
Mildred was a teacher for many years in the area. She was a very active member of The Brown County Teachers Association, The Eastern Star and The VFW Ladies Auxiliary.
She enjoyed crocheting, gardening, playing cards and playing bingo. She enjoyed many car trips with Melvin visiting all 50 states. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Mildred is survived by three daughters - Connie (Nick) VanGheem, Judy (Pat) Wall, and Patti (Pete) Francken. She is also survived by brother-in-law, Emmett Erdmann, son-in-law, Mike Pamperin, her grandchildren - Amy (Ron) Jepson, Matt Van Gheem, Sean Wall, Janel (Brian) Webster, David (Kari) Wall, Laura Pamperin (David Johnson), Landon Pamperin, Jeremy (Liz) Francken, Kyle Francken and her great grandchildren, Casey and Joe Jepson, Isabella and Madison Wall, Gavin and Carson Webster, Cooper and Finley Wall and AnnaMaria Francken, and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Mildred is preceded in death by her husband, Melvin, her daughter, Carol Pamperin, her brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Bernice, and her parents, Bernice and William Verhagen, as well as many other family members.
Family and friends may call at St. John Lutheran Church at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, January 22, 2016. The Funeral Service will be at 11:30 a.m.

Mildred's family would like to extend a special thank you to Autumn's Promise for the special care given to Millie over the last two years. They would also like to extend their sincere appreciation to the staff of Heartland Hospice.
