      Age 80, died Thursday morning at his home after a brief illness. He was born April 29, 1898 in Manitowoc County. Mr. Zahn owned and operated the Deep Rock Service Station for 21 years. He worked for Thilmany Pulp and Paper for 20 years, retiring in 1963. He then sold insurance for State Farm Insurance. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. Survivors include his wife, Bertha Wuyts Zahn; two daughters: Mrs. Norman (Betty) Klarner, Kaukauna; and Mrs. Eugene (Carol) Smith, Kaukauna; a step-brother, Milton Haese, Brillion; a step-sister, Mrs. Lydia Haese, Brillion; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Martha Ziemer Zahn, and a brother Raymond. The complete funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Trinity Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Andrew Martens officiating. Interment will be in Highland Memorial Park. Friends may call after 4 p.m. Friday at the Fargo Funeral Home, Kaukauna and after 10 a.m. Saturday at the church until the time of the service.
