    • Jane E. Milhaupt, age 88, passed away on November 8, 2010, at Appleton Medical Center. Jane was born on January 30, 1922, in Appleton. She attended St. Mary's Grade School and graduated from Appleton High School. On August 2, 1947, she was united in marriage to Kenneth Milhaupt in Appleton, who preceded her in death in 2006. Jane & Ken were residents of Menomonee Falls from 1971-1999, then moved to Ruskin, Florida; where they lived for 9 years, moving in 2005 to New London. She was a homemaker, avid bridge player, who enjoyed reading, knitting, discussing politics, telling stories and family get- togethers.

      Jane was a devoted wife and loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She is survived by two sons, Mark (Carol Lee) Milhaupt, New London; Tom (Joann) Milhaupt, Neenah; a daughter, Barbara Fitzgerald, Milwaukee, eleven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

      She was preceded in death by three sisters and a brother.

      Until the end, she lived her life with strength, grace, wit and humor.

      A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, November 12, 2010, at 11 a.m. at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church, New London with Fr. David Lewis officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Appleton. Visitation will be held at the church on Friday from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
