    • Kaukauna, Wisconsin - Mary A. "Sis" Kieffer, age 92, passed away on June 2, 2018. Mary was born on August 2, 1925 in Hobart, WI to the late Mary (Manders) and James Grady. On October 24, 1945, she was united in marriage to the late Earl Kieffer at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Oneida, WI. Mary cared for her husband Earl after a car accident, which left him paralyzed, for eight years before he passed away due to complications. She last worked at Rich's Bakery, Appleton.

      Mary is survived by her three sons: Jerry (Joanne) Kieffer, Combined Locks, and their children: Bob (Ellen) Carney of Appleton, Lori (Tony) Vander Velden of Cedar Rapids, IA, Tim (Barb) Carney of Freedom, Lynn (Joe) Hughes of Tecumseh, MI, Brian (Kelly) Kieffer of Appleton and Amy (Mark) Molin of Appleton; Jim (Fran) Kieffer of Appleton and their children: Dr. Nicole (Dr. Claudius Mahr) Kieffer of Seattle, WA, Margo (John) Zuleger of Appleton and Dr. Lesley Kieffer of Combined Locks; Joe Kieffer of Kimberly and his son: Rick (Lacey) Kieffer of Little Chute; She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren, her brother, Pat Grady of Freedom and sister-in-Law, Audrey Albers of De Pere.

      Mary was preceded in death by her daughter, Charlene; daughter-in-law, Diane Kieffer; parents-in-law, Nellie and Peter Kieffer; sisters and brothers-in-law, Jeanne Grady, Joan Grady, Elmer (Ruth) Kieffer, Carl (Georgiana) Kieffer, Orville (Lorraine) Kieffer, Janet (John) Peters, Gordon (Magdeline)Kieffer, Betty (Ben) Verbeten and Bud Albers.

      A funeral mass for Mary Ann will be celebrated at 11 AM on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church-Kimberly site, 600 E. Kimberly Ave. Kimberly, by Rev. Bob Kollath. Friends may call at the church on Tuesday, June, 12 from 9:30 to 10:45 AM. Inurnment will be in Immaculate Conception Catholic Cemetery, Oneida, WI.
