      Henry Arts, 702 N. Wilson St., Little Chute, age 76, died Friday afternoon after a lingering illness. He was born October 28, 1906, in DePere. He was an Assistant Chemist for the Institute of Paper Chemistry prior to hie retirement. He also woned and operated the Little Chute Theatre from 1948 unti 1960, and had worked part time for the Fox Valley Tool and Die. He was a member of the Catholic Order of Foresters.

      Survivors include his wife, Barbara Hietpas Arts; a daughter, Mrs. Vernon [Judith] Ehlke, Hortonville; a son, Alfred, Ridge Crest, California; and seven grandchildren.

      He was preceded in deathy by a brother and two sisters.

      The funeral was at 12 noon Saturday, at St. John Catholic Church, with Rev. Alfred Hietpas and Rev. Ray Hietpas concelebrating. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. The Verkuilen Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
