    • Karl R. Hoffman, 67, Town of Oneida, died Friday morning, Aug. 5, 2011. He was born Feb. 27, 1944, in Green Bay, to Earl and Ruth (Samson) Hoffmann. On May 5, 1967, he married Anne Grady. Karl enjoyed his trucking and excavating business. He liked going to tractor shows and taking care of his yard.

      He is survived by his wife, Anne of 44 years; his children, Troy (Val) Hoffmann, Townsend; Kim (Robert) Davis, De Pere; his five grandchildren, Kheidi, Karlee, Riley, Matthew, and Brynlea; his mother, Ruth; sister June (Robert) Dorn; and brother-in-law, Richard Konkel; and other relatives and friends. Karl was preceded in death by his father, Earl and sister, Fay Konkel.

      Friends may call at the RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 305 N. Tenth Street, De Pere, from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday (TODAY). Visitation will continue after 10 a.m. at the funeral home on Monday, until time of service at 1 p.m. with Pastor Dennis Mannering officiating.
