Fomer Combined Locks resident, age 54, passed away at the Tomah Veterans Hospital early Tuesday morning after a brief illness. He was born May 31, 1914 in Combined Locks. He was a member of the Holy Name Society, Combined Locks, a veteran of World War II, a member of the Disabled American Veterans Association.
Survivors include his father, John; five brothers; Paul and Larry, Kimberly; Eugene, Combined Locks; Jack, Waupaca; Maurice, Austin, Texas; five sisters; Mrs. William [Evelyn] Riley, Appleton; Mrs. Clyde [Mary] Beavers, Appleton; Mrs. Carl [Grace] Schnese, Tomah; Mrs. Sherwood [Ella] DeWees, Long Beach, California; Mrs. Maurice [Therese] Sanders, Harbor City, California.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday morning from St. Paul Catholic Church, Combined Locks. Interment in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at the Jansen Funeral Home, Kimberly after 4 p.m. Wednesday. The rosay will be at 7:30 p.m. evening.
