    • Combined Locks - Dolores "Lori" Phillips, Combined Locks, passed away unexpectedly at St. Elizabeth hospital on September 11, 2018 at the age of 87. She was born in Appleton on September 16, 1930 to the late William and Margaret (Wurl) DeGoey. Lori married the late William Wildenberg on May 13, 1950.
