      Mrs. Edward VanderWyst [Alice Schumann] 2031/2 Crooks Ave. Kaukauna

      Age 70, died Thursday, July 31, 1986. She was born March 24, 1916 in Kaukauna to the late Albert and Rose [Bloch] Schumann and had lived in Kaukauna all of her life. She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary Post 3319.

      She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Ron [Rose] Weigman, Combined Locks; Jody, at home; two sons, Jay, Appleton; Jed, Kaukauna; three brothers, Albert and Lester Schumann, both of Kaukauna; Antone Schumann, Florida; two sisters, Mrs. Mark [Marie] Nagan, Kaukauna; Mrs. Charles [Helen] Lester DuBuque, Iowa; five grandchildren and a great grandson.

      Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary Catholic Church, Kaukauna with the Rev. Donald Fuller officiating. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at the Greenwood Funeral Home from 5 to 9 p.m. on Friday and on Saturday morning until the cortege leaves for the church. There will be a VFW Auxiliary visitation at 7 p.m. Friday and prayer service at 7:30 p.m.
