    • Adele M. Heuvelmans, 99 years, 8 months, and 15 days, joined her late husband Giles on Friday December 4, 2015. Adele was born March 19, 1916 in De Pere to the late Anthony and Augusta (Falk) Smits. On February 10, 1945 she was united in marriage to Giles J. Heuvelmans at St. Mary Catholic Church, De Pere. She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Parish, and had been a member of the Catholic Women's Club. Adele was honored for her many hours volunteering at Rennes. She enjoyed knitting, sewing, and took great pride in playing Mrs. Santa during the Christmas season and brought so much happiness to so many people while doing so.

She is survived by her son David (Dianne) Heuvelmans, her three grandchildren: James, Jill, and Joel, her four great grandchildren, Alex, Crystal, Austin, Dakota, as well as great great grandchildren. Adele is further survived by her brother in law Tom Basche Sr., four nieces and nephews, Nancy, Susan, Tom Jr., and Steve, as well as her daughter in law Lynda Heuvelmans, and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her Husband Giles in 1985, her parents, and her sister Marie Basche.

Friends may call at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish Family, corner of Lourdes Ave. and Suburban Dr. De Pere on Wednesday December 9, 2015 from 9:00AM to 10:30AM.
